Port Carlisle

Not quite a Scottish mark but closer and quicker to get too than some. The river can come alive with Flounder and Eel in the summer. Peeler crab tipped with fresh mackerel is the bait to use on a rising tide.
A very fast tide can produce some furious sport over a 3 to 4 hour period.
