Silver Lure S.A.C. Junior Trophies

Ashley Ann McCrone Proudly displays the Gold Medal which she won as part of the Scotland Junior Team, at the Junior Home Internationals, fished at Achil Island in the Irish Republic, during September 2003. Ashley Ann is the first girl to have represented Scotland.

Andrew Pollock, shows off the Junior Championship Trophy, which he retained in 2002-2003, having first won it during 2001-2002. David Kerr was Runner Up, while Chris Thomson took third spot.

 

Andrew Pollock holds the trophy awarded for the Heaviest Fish Caught at a Junior Shore Outing, which Andrew won with the capture of a Pollack from Port Logan, which weighed 2.211kg. (4lb 14oz)

 

A beaming Chris Thomson shows off the trophy for the Heaviest Bag Taken at a Junior Shore Outing. Chris's winning catch containing seven dogfish, three mackerel, one Pollack, and a launce, was taken at Terally Bay.

 

Chris Thomson won this trophy, presented for the Greatest Number Of Species Caught during Junior Club Outings in 2002-2003. His catches included five species: flounder, dogfish, mackerel, Pollack, and launce.

 

David Kerr, the 2002-2003 winner of the Shore Nominated Species Championship Trophy. This is a species hunt competition, which is competed for at both organised club outings, and pleasure trips.

Young Greg Hutchison, the Junior Summer Boat Champion 2003. Greg won the annual event fished out of Ardrishaig.
