The latest in our club's program of skills nights will take place on Wednesday 9th of March 2011 at 7pm. The venue is our usual meeting place, Ralston Community Centre, address and maps on the 'About Us' page. On this occassion we will spend some time with a particular focus on boat fishing, with some examples of rigs and tips. Non club members are welcome to come along too.

Wednesday September 8th 2010 19:00-21:00 Silver Lure SAC will be running an angling skills night at Ralston Community Centre. (Directions can be found on the 'About Us' page.) This event is planned to discuss and develop some of the skills necessary to become a successful sea angler. The first hour will be focussed on Boat Angling looking at some of the preferred tackle and preparation for an enjoyable and successful boat trip. The Second hour will be for general angling skills ranging from tackle advice to species targeting. Hopefully these Skills nights will be run in conjunction with a series of angling meets designed to put these skills into practice. Non club members are very welcome to come along. Silver Lure S.A.C. will be holding another of it's skills nights on Wednesday 12th May 2010, from 7pm-9pm,at our usual meeting place, Ralston Community Centre. Non club members are most welcome to attend. Directions to the Community Centre can be found on the 'About Us' page.
